About Psychotherapy

Therapy is essentially a relationship between the client and the therapist. The client can be an individual, a couple, or a family.   The initial focus of the therapy is on understanding the thoughts, emotions, and the life situations that concern the client.  Therapy then offers the support, skills, and direction which facilitate the client's desired changes.  Implementing those changes, however, is up to you!
